Advise sellers on necessary repairs or improvements to increase the property's appeal and value.
Create compelling property listings for MLS (Multiple Listing Service), websites, and social media.
Organize professional photography, virtual tours, and staging (if necessary).
Organize and conduct open houses to attract potential buyers.
Market the listing to other agents, potential buyers, and via digital marketing channels.
Maintain regular communication with the seller, updating them on market trends, offer statuses, and buyer feedback.
Advise sellers on offers received, including price, contingencies, and terms, and help them make informed decisions.
Negotiate offers from prospective buyers and work toward a mutually beneficial agreement.
Draft and review contracts, ensuring that all legal and contractual aspects are covered.
Advise sellers on counteroffers, inspections, appraisals, and other contractual obligations.
Assist in coordinating home inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps to move toward closing.
Guide sellers through the closing process, ensuring all documentation is completed.
Resolve any issues that arise during the process (e.g., repair requests, buyer financing problems).
