Listing Agent

to join our team at

Proflex Real Estate

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing property listings, working closely with property owners, and ensuring successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire new property listings. Conduct market analysis to determine competitive listing prices. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and marketing strategies. Negotiate and finalize agreements between buyers and sellers. Maintain up-to-date property records and listings. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Listing Agent or in a similar real estate role. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market trends. Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
