Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated Real Estate Listing Agent to proactively reach out to property owners to inquire about properties available for sale or rent. The role focuses on generating listings, driving sales, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional service throughout the listing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by networking and prospecting.
• Advise sellers on pricing strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with sellers throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions.

What We're Looking For:

• 2\+ years of real estate experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn CRM and marketing tools.
• Self-motivated and driven in a competitive market.
• Team-oriented and dedicated to continuous learning.

Languages: English is required. Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500\.00 - AED5,000\.00 per month
