Job Description
As a Listing Agent in the real estate industry, your primary responsibility is to represent property owners who wish to sell their properties. You will act as the intermediary between sellers and potential buyers, facilitating the marketing, negotiation, and sale of residential or commercial properties.
What you'll do:
• Conduct consultations with property owners to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
• Conduct thorough assessments of properties to determine their market value, considering factors such as location, condition, and comparable sales.
• Utilize market analysis tools and industry knowledge to establish competitive listing prices that attract potential buyers while maximizing seller returns.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and offers between sellers/landlords and potential buyers/tenants, ensuring smooth communication and efficient transaction processes.
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property sales or rentals, collaborating with legal professionals and stakeholders as necessary.
• Requirements:
Arabic - fluent
English - fluent
