1. PRIMARY PURPOSE

- Listing Agent, you will be responsible for representing sellers and their properties, providing expert guidance through the

listing process, and effectively marketing properties to potential buyers.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

01. Property Evaluation and Analysis:

? Conduct thorough property assessments to determine appropriate listing prices based on market analysis, property

condition, and location.

? Collaborate with sellers to gather property information, history, and any unique selling points.

02. Listing Preparation:

? Assist sellers in preparing their properties for listing by offering suggestions for staging, repairs, and improvements.

? Coordinate professional photography, virtual tours, and marketing materials to present properties in the best

possible light.

03. Marketing and Promotion:

? Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for each property, including online listings, social media

campaigns, and traditional advertising.

? Create captivating property descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.

04. Client Communication:

? Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing regular updates on market activity, showings, and feedback.

? Effectively communicate offers, negotiate terms, and guide clients through the negotiation process.

05. Market Expertise:

? Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.

? Provide clients with accurate and relevant market information to help them make informed decisions.

06. Transaction Management:

? Facilitate the transaction process, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely

manner.

? Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as buyers' agents, inspectors, appraisers, and lenders, to

ensure a smooth transaction.

07. Client Relationships:

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

? Be responsive to client inquiries and concerns, addressing them promptly.

08. General:

? Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place

within area of responsibility.

? Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE

A Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent education is typically required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field can be advantageous.

B Experience:

- 1 -3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.

- In-depth understanding of local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhoods.

- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics is beneficial.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and technology used in real estate sales is a plus.
