Job Overview:
We are seeking a Listing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Listing Consultant plays a critical role in identifying potential property listings, guiding clients through the listing process, and working closely with the sales team to ensure successful transactions. This role demands a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent client relationship management, and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Assessment:
Evaluate properties and advise clients on the listing price based on market analysis and property condition.
Recommend necessary repairs, improvements, or staging to maximize the property's appeal.
2. Listing Management:
Collaborate with property owners to gather all necessary documentation and information for listing purposes.
Create appealing and accurate property listings, including high-quality photographs and descriptions.
3. Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties.
Utilize various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking, to attract potential buyers.
4. Client Communication:
Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the listing process.
Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to property owners.
5. Showings and Negotiations:
Coordinate property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients to achieve successful transactions.
6. Market Research:
Stay updated on the real estate market trends, local housing market conditions, and property values.
7. Documentation and Legal Compliance:
Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements are completed accurately and in compliance with real estate regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Listing Consultant or a related real estate role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Pay: AED3,900.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
