Job Title: Listing Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi
Position Overview: The Listing Administrator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining up-to-date property listings, and ensuring our advertisements are accurate and compelling. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly within a specified time frame.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers via phone and email.
• Update and maintain the customer database and records accurately.
• Post property ads on real estate portals such as Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Ensure all ad details and descriptions meet company standards and guidelines.
• Review and verify all details before posting ads to ensure accuracy.
• Create new agent accounts on real estate portals as needed.
• Verify and update ads on portals regularly.
• Edit property photos to ensure they meet quality standards before posting.
• Follow up with customers and leads to ensure they receive the best service and support.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Familiarity with real estate portals such as Bayut and Dubizzle is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of photo editing software is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
