Listing Administrator - Real Estate Brokerage

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Listing Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing real estate listings, be comfortable using property CRM platforms, and act as a central point of contact between agents and listing portals.

Key Responsibilities:
Upload and manage property listings across major portals including Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Pixxi etc.
Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and visually appealing (photos, descriptions, prices, location details, etc.).
Generate QR codes and Trakheesi permit numbers through the DLD system.
Liaise with agents to collect and update listing data as required.
Monitor listing performance and make optimizations to boost visibility and lead generation.
Use CRM tools to manage leads and assign them to the appropriate agents.
Ensure listings comply with RERA and portal-specific guidelines.
Submit weekly reports on listing metrics and updates to the operations or marketing team.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a real estate admin or listings role in the UAE is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as BayutPro, Property Finder, Pixxi, and Dubizzle.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good command of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other digital tools.
Familiarity with the Trakheesi system for QR code and permit generation.
Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong spoken and written English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
