HIRING SALES PROMOTERS FOR DUBAI DUTY FREE

Our company is hiring for a SALES PROMOTER to work in Dubai International Airport.
Proven experience in Liquor Sales.
• Need at least 2-3 years UAE experience as a salesperson to join our expanding team.

• Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
• Need to be flexible working in any shift
• Proven working experience as a promoter
• Track record of over-achieving target
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
• Currently based in UAE

Work timings:

2 Days Early Shift >> 2 Days off >> 2 Days Night Shift >> 2 Days Off

• Early Shift: 7am - 7pm [1.5 hours break]
• Night Shift: 7pm - 7am [1.5 hours break]

You'll be assigned to Dubai Duty-Free in Dubai International Airport as a sales promoter/merchandiser. Your two main responsibilities are:
1) Selling. Promoting products to passengers and meeting your assigned sales targets
2) Merchandising. Refilling the shop shelves with goods from the stock room.

Selling

• Personally sell to passengers who enter the shop and promote our brands to them.
• Listening to customers' wants and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
• Constantly building product knowledge and accurately describing product features and benefits to customers. This includes attending and engaging in regular trainings offered by brands.
• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.

Merchandising

• Display and merchandise goods at assigned locations.
• Ensure that a proper level of stock is maintained, carry out stock counts, replenish the shelves and ensure that the merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.
• Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths.

Other

• Providing feedback for improvement to the management team.
• Being our eyes and ears on the shop floor, observing and reporting competitor/category movements and consumer behavior.
