We are looking to hire an experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced Japanese restaurant environment. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards of quality and presentation Maintaining a clean and organized workstation Following recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistency Helping to expedite orders during peak service times Participating in inventory, receiving, and other back-of-house tasks as needed Requirements: 2-3 years of experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role at a Japanese Restaurant Strong knife skills and an attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and keep up with a demanding pace Familiarity with food safety regulations Should have a Hotel and Restaurant Management Degree Please send your CV
