Responsible in monitoring product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Performing sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and other required .
Ensure employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices
Ensure and educates Food Safety and SQF Standards.
Setting Customer Standards.
