Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain a fleet of luxury vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Plan and navigate routes to ensure timely arrivals to destinations, considering traffic and weather conditions.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle both inside and outside.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, trips, and fuel consumption.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues or repairs needed promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Remain courteous and professional in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a professional driver, preferably in the limousine or luxury transportation industry.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE local roads, highways, and landmarks.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with clients and their information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications such as defensive driving or chauffeur training.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken by tourists or business travelers in the UAE.
- Experience working with VIP clients or high-profile individuals.
