We are looking for an experienced and creative Live Stage Lighting Engineer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing lighting systems for events, live concerts, and stage performances. You will be responsible for designing, operating, and maintaining lighting setups that enhance the overall visual experience of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement lighting plans for live events and concerts
• Set up, operate, and maintain lighting equipment, including consoles, fixtures, dimmers, and effects
• Collaborate with event organizers, performers, and production teams to understand lighting requirements
• Program and control lighting consoles during rehearsals and live performances
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Ensure all lighting equipment is in good working condition and adheres to safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Live Stage Lighting Engineer, particularly in live events and concerts
• Proficiency with lighting control systems (e.g., MA Lighting, ETC consoles) and DMX protocol
• Strong understanding of lighting design principles, color theory, and stage dynamics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications in lighting technology or related fields are a plus
