Looking for Lighting Design Engineer

Education: BE (Electrical Engineering)



1.To work in collaboration with the Lighting Design Manager to provide exceptional service to the Sales Teams and Whitecroft Customers.

2.To assist Lighting Designers with technical queries and time-based issues related to project work - notifying the Lighting Design Manager of any serious concerns relate to technical or personal matters.

3.To use the C4C PRF system to assess and allocate estimated time against project work for the Lighting Design function; namely in the booking of projects and the technical assessment of project.

4.To provide support, communication and guidance on project design - ensuring to communicate estimated project return dates to the sales force.

5.To collect, organize, and provide technical direction to projects ready for assignment into the Lighting Design team. Technically assessing and evaluating all projects into the Lighting Design team.

6.To accurately plan estimated time against project work; effectively manage this onto the Lighting Design Planner for resource management purposes.

7.Continuously identify and effectively communicate ways to improve the lighting design service, by defining consistent ways of working.

8.To provide mentorship to Trainee Lighting Designers and New Lighting Designers within the team.

9.To assist the Lighting Design Manager in the operation of the LEDP programme.

10.To aid on time-critical projects by assisting in a range of both internal and external design (Calculation and CAD).
