We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Salesman cum Driver. This dual-role position involves promoting and selling our products/services to customers while ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Engagement:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers to promote company products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to meet customer needs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.

Delivery and Logistics:

• Drive company vehicles to deliver products to clients promptly and safely.
• Ensure proper handling and timely delivery of goods.
• Assist in loading and unloading products as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage inventory records and report discrepancies to the management.
• Collect payments from customers and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide feedback to the management regarding customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proven experience in sales or a similar role (preferred).
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the local area and routes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for payment collection and inventory management.
• Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks.
