Full job description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Light Duty Driver to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport personnel, equipment, and materials within designated areas.

Responsibilities:

Operate light-duty vehicles such as Pickup vans, and small trucks to transport cargo and passengers

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo

Plan efficient routes and schedules to complete deliveries and pickups in a timely manner

Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks to keep the vehicles in good working condition

Load and unload cargo carefully to avoid damage

Provide excellent customer service to passengers and clients

Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition

Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly

Requirements:

Valid UAE driver's license for light-duty vehicles

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a light-duty driver in UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations

Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record

Ability to lift and maneuver heavy cargo up to 70 lbs

Good communication and customer service skills

Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend and evening shifts as needed

Fluency in English preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
