Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Light Vehicle Truck Driver (NUMBER-3-MANUAL) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate light trucks (up to 4.2 TON) to transport goods to various locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage and delivery times.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding the transport of hazardous materials (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Valid NUMBER 3 driver's license.
• Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with light vehicles.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Basic mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
