:

We are seeking a Driver cum Scheduler to efficiently manage the transportation of patients and staff for a medical center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling transport operations while also driving, ensuring safe and timely transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily transport schedules for pickup and drop-off.
• Coordinate with the Reception team to align transport schedules with patient appointments.
• Drive company vehicles to pick up and drop off staff and patients as per schedule.
• Safely transport company staff, as well as various products and materials, to and from specified locations on time.
• Keep company vehicles clean and well-maintained through regular washing, cleaning, and basic maintenance checks.
• Act as a messenger for the company, handling official documents and communications.
• Report vehicle maintenance and operational issues to management promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of driving experience in the UAE, particularly in Emirate of Abu Dhabi and with Valid driving license.

Proven experience in transport coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Basic computer skills for maintaining transport records.

Ability to handle scheduling and route planning efficiently.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Pay: AED2,200\.00 - AED2,500\.00 per month
