Lifting Supervisor

to join our team! The ideal candidate must be an experienced operator with strong spoken English skills. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee lifting operations, ensure safety standards are met, and manage a team of operators.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Manage and direct a team of lifting operators, ensuring safe and efficient performance. Perform regular checks and inspections on lifting equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and stakeholders in English. Maintain accurate records of lifting activities, equipment inspections, and any incidents. Provide guidance and training to operators on safe lifting techniques and operational procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a lifting operator and supervisor in a relevant field (construction, industrial operations, etc.). Strong proficiency in spoken and written English. Relevant lifting operator certification (e.g., NCCCO, RTITB). Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to perform physical tasks as part of lifting operations.
