:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifting Inspection Manager to lead our Middle East operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lifting equipment inspection, regulations, and industry best practices. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of inspectors, overseeing projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of lifting equipment inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development and performance excellence.
Project Management: Oversee and coordinate inspection projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of lifting equipment inspection techniques, standards, and regulations, and provide technical guidance to the inspection team.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all inspections are conducted in accordance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations. Monitor changes in regulations and adapt procedures accordingly.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain records of inspections and equipment condition.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain a robust quality assurance program to continuously improve inspection processes and outcomes.
Budget Management: Responsible for budget planning and control, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining cost-effectiveness

Bachelor\'s degree in (B.Sc.) in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Electrical.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in lifting equipment inspection, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment standards, such as ASME B30, OSHA regulations, and local safety standards in the Middle East.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with clients and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Certification as a Lifting Equipment Inspector (LEEA, ASNT, or equivalent) is a plus.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and reporting systems
