Job Summary:

Affordable Group is seeking a

Lift Operations and Business Development Manager

to oversee

elevator installation, maintenance, and modernization services

while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of lift systems and a proven track record in

sales, client acquisition, and business expansion

within the elevator industry.

Key Responsibilities:Operations & Technical Management:

Oversee

installation, maintenance, and servicing

of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. Ensure compliance with

safety regulations, quality standards, and maintenance schedules

. Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, and technicians to optimize lift performance. Monitor and improve

operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

.

Business Development & Sales:

Identify and develop new

business opportunities, partnerships, and key client accounts

. Generate

leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales deals

. Prepare and submit

bids, proposals, and tenders

for major contracts. Drive revenue growth by offering

modernization, maintenance, and repair solutions

.

Client & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong

relationships with property developers, facility managers, and real estate firms

. Negotiate and finalize contracts with

new and existing clients

. Provide excellent customer service and resolve

client concerns efficiently

.

Market Research & Strategy:

Stay updated on

industry trends, competitors, and latest technologies

in elevator systems. Develop and implement

strategic plans

to expand the company's presence in the UAE market. Collaborate with the marketing team to create

promotional campaigns and sales strategies

.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience

in the

elevator industry

(operations, sales, or business development). Strong knowledge of

lift installation, maintenance, and modernization services

. Proven track record in

sales, client acquisition, and business growth

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

. Familiarity with

UAE safety regulations and compliance

in the elevator industry. UAE

driving license

is mandatory.
