Job Description

Core Functions:

To supervise, monitor, and manage the assigned area to achieve the desired results.

Responsibilities:

Perform independently the technical job as per the approved electrical/mechanical drawings provided.

Perform the work such as maintaining, testing, commissioning, and repairing all types of elevators & amp;amp; escalators.

Ability to read blueprints and schematics and maintain and repair the equipment accordingly

Should know all safety procedures at the site

Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and other contractual works as per the schedule, with minimum assistance from the Supervisor.

Report any abnormalities (interior as well as exterior), missing components, etc. observed, to the Supervisor.

Carry out adjustments and repairs (planned & unplanned) for elevators in the assigned area, with minimum assistance from the Supervisor.

Be aware of quality procedures, safe working procedures, work requirements, etc., and ensure 100% compliance to the company requirement. Attend any training / Communication / technical courses provided by the company.

Should deal effectively and courteously with customers on a day-to-day basis. Critical issues are to be reported immediately to the Supervisor/ Manager.

Any other duties, as directed by the Supervisor/ Manager that will help to improve the service delivery or business activities in the field of service and repairs.

Responsible to carry out the duties anywhere within UAE and abroad.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Elevator and Escalator
• Have experience in Installation
• Can join immediately or on short notice.

Experience:

• Installation: 1 year (Required)
• Testing and Commissioning: 1 year (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
