Magnum is looking for a Lifeguard operations supervisor to join in our dynamic security division. Job Purpose: Responsible for directing the activities of Lifeguard personnel to ensure protection of an organization\xe2\x80\x99s physical assets, properties, and resources. s:
Expected Start Date: 10/06/2024
- Participating in Recruitment, Induction, and training Lifeguard personnel on appropriate Lifeguard rules and procedures.
- Develop and enforce Lifeguard protocols, policies, and procedures necessary for safeguarding lives and property.
- Prepare and control the budget for Lifeguard operations to ensure delivery of high-quality Lifeguard services
- Oversee the coordination of staff during an emergency
- Assign guard duties to Lifeguard personnel to ensure effective distribution of workload
- Schedule shift patrol to ensure a building/property is always guarded
- Develop and manage the processes for securing classified and sensitive information
- Implement safety and health policies and procedures to protect employees against workplace hazard
- Prepare and present reports of incidents and ways to limit reoccurrence
- Keep track of incidents in order to evaluate them and recommend a course of action
- Conduct site surveys and reporting to management on regular basis
- Project deployments and removals
- Education: Bachelor Degree and relevant certification
- Min 5 years industry experience.
- Presentable, smart, and strong personality.
- Excellent Communication and customer skills
- Problem Solving
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Valid beach and pool certificates and license
