Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard and Swimming Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent swimming and coaching skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients. This role involves both supervising swimming areas to prevent accidents and conducting swimming lessons for individuals of all skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming activities and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Perform lifesaving techniques and provide immediate first aid when required.
• Plan and deliver swimming lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced swimmers.
• Customize training programs to meet clients' goals and abilities.
• Maintain pool cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
• Educate swimmers on water safety and proper swimming techniques.
• Collaborate with other staff to create a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification .
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification .
• Proven experience as a lifeguard and/or swimming coach.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of rescue procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
• Passion for teaching and helping others achieve their swimming goals.
