As a

Lifeguard

, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of all individuals in and around the pool or water area. You will monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, respond to emergencies, and provide first aid when necessary. You will also assist with keeping the pool area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor pool and surrounding areas to ensure safety. Enforce safety rules and regulations in a professional and friendly manner. Respond immediately to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR if necessary. Perform water rescues and other duties to ensure the safety of swimmers. Assist with maintaining pool cleanliness and equipment. Complete all required training and certifications to stay current in your role. Report incidents or concerns to management promptly.

Requirements:

Current certification in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR (must be up-to-date). Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergency situations. Strong swimming skills and the ability to perform rescues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous lifeguarding experience is a plus but not required. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
