Job Summary

As a Lifecasting Artist, you will be responsible for creating detailed, high-quality lifecasts for our clients. This role combines artistry with technical expertise, requiring attention to detail, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to provide an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix casting materials (e.g., alginate, silicone, Plaster of Paris).
• Create molds and produce accurate, high-quality casts.
• Finish and refine casts, including painting, polishing, and adding gold or crystal coatings.
• Engage with clients to guide them through the lifecasting process and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of all necessary materials.
• Assist in the display and presentation of products in the studio.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase the creative process for promotional purposes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Background in art, sculpture, or related fields is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with mold-making, casting, or similar techniques is a plus.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work with various materials, including plaster, silicone, resin, and metals.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols when handling casting materials.
• Creative problem-solving skills and an artistic mindset.
