Craft and file key legal documents like claim forms, particulars of claim, and defences.

Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop winning case strategies and prepare for litigation.
Manage electronic discovery and disclosure processes efficiently.
Actively participate in client meetings, absorbing instructions and ensuring clear communication.

As experience grows, contribute to court hearings and potentially participate in trial proceedings.Who You AreA qualified solicitor or patent attorney in the UK (or eligible to qualify soon).
0-5 years PQE with a demonstrated passion for life sciences patent litigation.
Possess a strong academic background in a scientific field or a closely related discipline.
Communicate flawlessly, both in writing and verbally, with exceptional legal drafting skills.
