We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales Agents. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Engage in outbound calling to sellers/landlords and network within designated communities. - Market Expertise: Conduct market appraisals, promote and monitor properties, schedule photoshoots, and virtual tours. - Social Media Engagement: Create compelling social media content related to your area and properties to enhance visibility. - Client Relations: Develop strong relationships with sellers/landlords, provide advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgage solutions. - Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations between buyers sellers, and landlords to achieve successful deals. - Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday (Saturdays optional). Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum 1 year of real estate experience. - Skills: Strong sales negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills. - Attributes: Steely determination, financially driven, highly motivated, and well-presented. - Requirements: Minimum 21 years old, valid driving license, financially stable to relocate to Dubai.
