Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding property buying, selling, and leasing processes.

Property Listings and Marketing:

Create and manage property listings, including detailed descriptions, high-quality photos, and virtual tours. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and tenants.

Property Showings:

Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and tenants. Highlight property features and benefits to clients during showings.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, property values, and competition. Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values and recommend listing prices.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes. Facilitate the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:

Valid real estate license in Abu Dhabi. Proven experience in real estate sales and leasing. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
