Job Description
#### :
• Manage library collections, databases, and digital resources.
• Assist patrons with research, information retrieval, and technology.
• Develop and lead library programs, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with educators on curriculum support and integration.
• Maintain library organization, cataloging, and classification systems.
• Evaluate and select new materials for library collections.
• Provide reader's advisory and recommendation services.
• Ensure library accessibility, inclusivity, and diversity.
• Develop and enforce library policies and procedures.
• Monitor library budget and resources.
Job Requirements:
• Master's degree in Library Science (MLS) or Library and Information Science (MLIS).
• 2+ years of library experience (public, school, academic, or special).
• Strong knowledge of library systems, databases, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations (children, teens, adults).
