Baker Hughes has an opening for a Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 Region Leader for MENATI region, within Oilfield Services & Equipment Digital (OFSED) to be based in MENATI City and MENATI Country. This role reports into the recently announced OFSE Digital Production Optimization Director/Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 business lead.
This position is responsible for developing and executing Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 business in MENATI Region. They will lead from the front; the buck stops firmly with them and they have complete accountability for the success of Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 in MENATI Region.

As Leucipa Region Leader \xe2\x80\x93 MENATI, you will be responsible for either originating sales or supporting sales by working with region and account sales to build and maintain customer relationships, identifying new opportunities to build the Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 opportunity pipeline, promoting the value proposition of Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 to new and existing customers, and owning the development and execution of sales strategies for Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 in MENATI Region. Once Leucipa pilots/contracts are established they will maintain overall ownership of the safe and successful execution of these, including the implementation of customer feedback and recommendations. You will be responsible for the profitability of Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 in their region.
As a Leucipa Region Leader - MENATI, you will be responsible for:
Working with Global Production Optimization Director and partners to position the Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 offering as a unique product/service.
Working with strategic marketing to research, understand and disseminate the MENATI Region competitive dynamic in the digital production space.
Working with Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 partners to map MENATI Region accounts from a production digital purchasing/operating perspective and use this data to create pursuit plans.
Working with Global Production Optimization Director and partners to create Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 MENATI Region yearly and multi-year (LRP) business plan \xe2\x80\x93 responsible for the revenue and margin commitments in this plan.
Acting as the MENATI Region coordinating focal point across a multidisciplinary team for Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 opportunities and projects; connecting across PL sales, region sales, Leucipa partners and digital SMEs.
Presenting Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 capability to operators across MENATI Region and securing pilots/contracts.
Coordinating the creation of detailed customer-specific proposals and implementing plans for Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2.
Managing the safe and successful implementation of Leucipa pilots and contracts \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring the appropriate SMEs are brought in with good time and the timelines agreed with customers are achieved.
Ensuring customer feedback is fed back to the Leucipa product team in a timely manner in order to improve the Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 offering and ensure customers are satisfied and continue the Leucipa\xe2\x84\xa2 \xe2\x80\x98journey\xe2\x80\x99 across multiple revisions of the solution.
Managing costs with project and region team to ensure profitability targets are achieved/exceeded.
Connecting with PLs and ensure product pull-through opportunities are realized.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor\'s degree with 10 plus years of experience in operations and sales.
Have the ability to introduce new solutions to customers and convert these into contracts.
Being ready to travel 30-50% of the time
Preferred to have experience in Production side & have strong technical knowledge.
Have the ability to show and deliver value to the customer
Have the ability to influence others and lead multidisciplinary teams
Have strong oral and written communication skills
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skill.
