• Design and coordinate leisure travel packages for individuals and groups.
• Plan and manage MICE events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Liaise with corporate clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate with venues, caterers, and other vendors to ensure seamless.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, hotels, and other service providers.
• Create detailed itineraries and event schedules.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Handle client inquiries and provide expert travel advice.
• Conduct post-travel/event follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay update on industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.
• Coordinate logistics for transportation, accomodation, and activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and events.
