Company: Sohail Smart Solutions, a leading training and consultancy company based in the UAE and licensed by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Legal Trainer specializing in the health sector.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Legal Trainer with expertise in the health sector to deliver training courses to healthcare professionals, administrators, and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and legal issues that impact the sector.

As a Legal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs that address current legal challenges and best practices in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and informative legal training courses focused on the health sector.
• Create training materials, presentations, and resources that cover relevant legal and regulatory topics, including healthcare laws, compliance, patient rights, and data protection.
• Stay updated on the latest legal developments and regulations in the healthcare industry to ensure the content remains current and relevant.
• Provide practical case studies, real-life examples, and insights to facilitate understanding of complex legal concepts.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars for healthcare professionals, administrators, and organizations.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions.
• Evaluate participants' learning and provide feedback to support their professional growth.
