Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm, who are looking for a pro-active Legal Secretary to provide exceptional legal support to a team of Lawyers within the Construction Practice.About the Role
The Legal Secretary will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.In addition, this role will be responsible for various legal administrative duties, drafting documents, proof-reading documents, putting together PowerPoints, organising and attending meetings as well as taking minutes supporting with billings and trial bundles. The Legal Secretary may also be required to support on Reception, answering phone calls, delegating or responding to emails, as well as welcoming clients into the business and carry out any adhoc duties where required.About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have experience working within a busy, corporate environment. Previous construction experience is advantageous however is not essential.The successful candidate should have a professional and personable approach with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow. In addition, the ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written and be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
