The Role: As a Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Proactive diary management for partners, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and managing travel arrangements. Drafting and amending documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Organising meetings, conference calls, lunches, and managing digital dictation tasks. Supporting billing processes by collating billing guides and drafting narratives for client letters. Preparing and assembling bibles or key documents for client meetings. Assisting with matter management, including opening and closing files, and managing client work-in-progress (WIP) updates. Time recording and updating contacts in the firms InterAction system. Processing expense claims electronically and handling general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and scanning.Requirements The Applicant The ideal candidate will bring: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment. Fast, accurate typing skills with the ability to turn around large documents efficiently. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook, and experience with InterAction. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. A proactive, "can do" attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
