Marketing.MBA is looking for a Legal Officer (m/f/d) to join our team. As a Legal Officer, you will be our in-house lawyer, responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization on a wide range of issues. This includes contract drafting, negotiation, intellectual property, compliance, and litigation management. As a Legal Officer, you will work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure the company\'s activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support to the organization on a wide range of issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Manage and advise on intellectual property matters.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Manage and advise on litigation and disputes.
Provide training to staff on legal and compliance matters.
Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments that may impact the organization.
Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
Manage outside counsel and legal expenses.
Expertise in contract law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and employment law.
Proven experience in handling shareholder disputes, including mediation, negotiation, and litigation.
Excellent communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-lawyers.
Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Superior negotiation skills to navigate contracts and shareholder disputes. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address legal challenges.
Proficiency in German language.
Experience in UAE law and labor law.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
