As Legal Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing legal matters related to property development, sales, marketing, and broader commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.Client DetailsRapidly expanding luxury real estate developer based in Dubai.DescriptionDraft, review, and negotiate real estate and development contracts, including sales, leasing, and construction agreements.Provide legal support for sales, marketing, and other commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE law and company policies.Advise senior management on legal risks, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements related to property development.Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders on litigation, disputes, and arbitration related to property matters.Manage corporate transactions, including joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions as they relate to property development.Stay updated on UAE property laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.Assist in developing legal strategies to support the company\'s growth and development initiatives.ProfileA minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience (PQE), with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE.Proven experience with real estate, development, sales, marketing, and commercial contracts.Strong knowledge of UAE property and commercial laws.Experience working with luxury property developments or large-scale construction projects is a plus.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Job Offer
