A global organisation is looking for a Legal Counsel with experience in public procurement and complex commercial contracts to join their established team. Reporting to the General Counsel this role will provide the successful lawyer with a varied mix of commercial work ranging from BAU contracts to complex, multi-party procurement agreements.You will:- Provide effective legal and commercial advice and assistance to all levels of the business;
- Draft and negotiate contracts (client, supplier facing, partnerships);
- Advise on PFI and large complex projects and outsourcing contracts, variations and disputes; and
- Government/public sector procurement.This role would be best suited to a commercial lawyer with 2-4 years PQE and experience in commercial law, public procurement and PFI or other complex projects.This is one of the most flexible teams I work with, combining high quality work and excellent work life balance.
