Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and advising on legal risks and strategies. You will collaborate with various departments to support business objectives while safeguarding the companys interests.Bilingual : Arabic & English preferredKey Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction.
- 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
