We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Legal Consultant

to join our team and provide expert legal advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal guidance and advisory services on [specific legal areas, e.g., corporate transactions, compliance, contracts]. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure company policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments. Represent clients in legal proceedings or liaise with external legal counsel when necessary. Assist in dispute resolution and risk management strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
2-3 years of experience in legal consulting, corporate law, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of [relevant legal areas, e.g., UAE corporate law, international business law, real estate law].
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases efficiently.
Speak in English & Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
