Responsibilities :

• Advise on legal and regulatory issues related to cryptocurrency operations, blockchain technology, and other relevant aspects of the crypto ecosystem.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including partnerships, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
• Stay updated with legal and regulatory developments in the cryptocurrency industry, including compliance requirements, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Assist in structuring and executing token offerings, including Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), Security Token Offerings (STOs), and Non-Fungible Token (NFT) issuances, ensuring compliance with relevant securities laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on complex issues related to intellectual property, data protection, privacy laws, and international regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and developers, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
• Manage external legal counsel and coordinate legal matters in different jurisdictions as necessary.
• Provide training and educational sessions to internal teams on legal issues impacting the company's operations and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Law school graduate or from a similar field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing law.
• Previous experience or knowledge in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or related fields.
• Experience at a technology company or crypto company is a plus.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and related legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements in the technology or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Familiarity with international legal issues and regulations affecting cryptocurrency businesses is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
