Al Gurg and Al Matrooshi Advocates and Legal Consultants, a leading law firm in Dubai, is seeking a highly experienced and talented Arabic-English speaking Legal Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 6-10 years of experience working within the UAE legal system, with a strong track record of success in litigation.

In-depth knowledge of UAE Laws and Procedures such as, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Laws, Labour Laws, Banking and Finance Laws, Real Estate Laws, Family Law, Regulatory Frameworks, Litigation Procedures, and all the other allied Laws and procedures

Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.

Extensive experience in managing and resolving disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills with the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and opposing counsel.

Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.

In this role, you will :

Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients across a diverse range of practice areas, including Civil Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Banking and Finance Law, Real Estate Law, and Family Law.

Prepare all the Litigation documents including but not limited to:

o Legal Notice, Demand Letters, Settlement Agreements

o Statement Of Claim, Complaint, Power Of Attorney

o Memorandum of Pleading, Reply and Defence, Interim Application

o Statement of Claim for Arbitration under DIAC

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective solutions for complex legal issues, including navigating the Dubai court system and other UAE court procedures.

Handle cases under all

Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.

Stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments within the UAE.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm to achieve optimal client outcomes.
