Candidate should have. astrong background and 8 to 10 years of minimum (legal) compliance experience in to,

-Setting up and following Operational compliance procedures

- Regulatory compliance experience in a listed company on a UAE stock exchange

Key Responsibilities

? Implement and manage the delivery of company's Ethics and Compliance Program.

? Responsible for delivering generalist and specialist compliance training group-wide in

accordance with the annual compliance training plan.

? Undertake compliance related investigations as and when required.

? Engage in regular internal stakeholder management in accordance with the compliance

engagement model.

? Conduct regular risk assessment and control testing of key compliance risks most likely to

impact company's group of subsidiaries and divisions.

? Support business functions to remediate and mitigate identified compliance risks.

? Provide strategic compliance advice to company's international expansion program in compliance with international export control and sanctions regulations.

? Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders for all compliance related matters.

? Liaise with the ADX and Securities and Commissions Authority building a trusted relationship and co-operation.

? Assist company with any compliance related matters, procedures, and processes, ensuring best practice is followed.

? Support the design and implementation of new tools and techniques to continuously improve the quality and delivery of Compliance services group wide.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Regulatory compliance in a UAE stock market listed company: 3 years (Preferred)
• legal compliance: 5 years (Preferred)
