Job Title: Compliance Executive
Location : Dubai, UAE (Full Time)

1. Coordinating with the retained lawyers and providing effective advice to the Group Compliance Manager & subsidiary managers on the relevant law (e.g. UAE Commercial Business Law, Labour law, etc.).
2. Ensuring coordination on a regular basis with the Group Compliance Manager and/or subsidiary managers up to date on the amendments / new laws introduced in UAE related to the company.
3. Drafting & reviewing any legal document (e.g., MOA, MOU, AOA, etc.) of the company and its subsidiaries by coordinating with the retained lawyers in compliance with the UAE law & regulations upon receiving approval from the Group Compliance Manager and/or CEO.
4. Drafting & reviewing employment contracts by coordinating with the Group Compliance Manager before interacting with the Group Human Resources Manager and/ or its subsidiary Human Resources Managers in compliance with the UAE law.
5. Creating and managing effective plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
6. Reviewing alongside the Group Compliance Manager with the retained lawyers, any contract provided by the company & its subsidiaries' employees.
7. Ensuring to receive updates on any legal cases in the company & its subsidiaries from the retained lawyers.
8. Maintaining the company & its subsidiaries' original agreements (e.g. MOA, SHA AOA, etc.) in both hard and soft copies. All soft copies should be stored on the shared filing system.
9. Coordinating with the company & its subsidiaies' accountants for any case related to the company (e.g. staff loans, etc.) and informing the Group Compliance Manager, and/or CEO & subsidiary manager.
10. Coordinating with the IP Attorneys (Trademark) for the company & its subsidiaries once informed by the Group Compliance Manager and/or CEO.
11. Ensuring that all legal documents given by the company & its subsidiaries staff are checked and verified before being taken to the CEO for execution and stamping purposes. 2 of 2
12. Keeping up to date with the procedures and steps for UAE AML regulations and goAML rules and ensuring that they are registered in the company's official government Portal.
13. Ensuring to follow the Standard Operating Procedures as set by the Company and following any versions introduced by the company & its subsidiaries.
14. Other roles and responsibilities to be assigned by the Group Compliance Manager and/or CEO.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program of education and training, or an associate degree in paralegal studies.
2. 3+ years' proven experience in a compliance or paralegal role. Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
3. Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
4. Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
5. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent in English and Arabic translation.
7. Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents, and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
8. Office administration experience.
9. Real Estate background.
