Role:

Legal Collection Specialist


Experience:

1 year - 2 years within UAE

(Mandatory)

Location:

Dubai, UAE

Requirements:



Experience in the real estate/legal sector

(Owner Association experience preferred).

Issue legal notices through MOLLAK

and ensure compliance with RERA regulations.

Familiarity with MOLLAK system

and Dubai Court filing procedures.

Strong knowledge of RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.

Prepare and maintain records

of all collection activities and legal actions.
