Organize and maintain physical and electronic legal files and records.
Review and analyze contracts for compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
Analyze and summarize legal documents and case files.
Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Further ResponsibilitiesAdministrative and Admin Support
Assist in the preparation of corporate filings and other regulatory documentation.
Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and legal team.
Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
Ensure all necessary licenses are renewed on a timely basis and maintained in good standing.
Assist in identifying potential legal risks associated with the company\'s operations, contracts, and business activities.
Job SpecificationEducation
Bachelor\'s degree in Law.
Knowledge
Strong knowledge of legal principles, terminology, and procedures.
Familiarity with corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in legal research methods.
Administrative skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
