Main Duties/Responsibilities:1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, leases, and correspondence.2. Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality industry, ensuring that the hotel remains compliant with all legal requirements.3. Conduct legal research on various topics, including but not limited to labor laws, property laws, and liability issues, providing summaries and recommendations as needed.4. Assist in the preparation of materials for litigation matters, including gathering relevant documents, organizing evidence, and coordinating with external legal counsel.5. Maintain an organized system for tracking contracts and agreements, monitoring expiration dates, and facilitating renewals or terminations as necessary.6. Provide administrative assistance to the senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.7. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Candidate Profile:1. Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.2. Prior experience working in a legal setting or as a legal assistant is preferred, particularly within the hospitality industry.3. Familiarity with legal principles and procedures, including contract law, property law, and litigation processes. Proficiency in legal research and writing is desirable.4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external parties.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research databases.7. Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in all aspects of work.8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
