RPosted by Rak SudraRecruiterWe are looking for an experienced Legal and Compliance Manager to support the real estate investment activities of a publicly listed firm in DubaiOne of the leading publicly listed Middle East investment companies are hiring a Senior Legal and Compliance RERA regulatory expert to advise senior stakeholders on the regulatory landscape and acquisition strategy for a multi-billion $ real estate portfolio across the UAE and GCC.Role requirements;The candidate must be able to implement sound AML regulatory practice across the investment portfolio whilst adhering to RERA regulations.
You must be able to demonstrate expert knowledge in UAE Corporate Governance.
You will be responsible for formulating, developing and executing Compliance review in accordance with the Group Compliance framework.
Responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with the Executive and Operating Management.
\xe2\x81\xa0Undertake awareness sessions for relevant stakeholders.
Develop and implement the Compliance Framework to verify compliance with applicable RERA laws and regulations within the UAE.Candidate Requirements;You must have worked in a PJSC or Plc, Investment firm in the Middle East.
You must have worked in the Real Estate industry within a relevant Legal/ Compliance role.
You must have sound knowledge in RERA regulatory requirements.
The candidate must be an Arabic speaker.
