- Assist in researching laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the companyxe2x80x99s operations. Provide preliminary legal advice to internal teams and departments under the supervision of senior legal advisors.
- Draft, review, and amend contracts, agreements, memorandums, and other legal documents in both English and Arabic. Ensure accuracy and clarity in both languages.
- Help monitor and ensure the companyxe2x80x99s compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including labor law, corporate law, and industry-specific regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies for various legal filings, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
