About Us:
AL Qaryah Auctions is your gateway to seamless and transparent UAE car auctions. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team and provide expert legal guidance and support to ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple legal issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on various legal matters, including corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company's interests are protected.
• Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and provide proactive advice to management.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government agencies, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to internal departments on legal issues and best practices.
• Handle and resolve any legal disputes or claims involving the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Master's degree in Law (LLM) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues to non-legal personnel.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Membership in a recognized legal professional body is an advantage.
